We only collect what we need to respond to you and run the site:

• Calculator inputs you choose to email yourself, together with the email address you provide.
• Newsletter sign-ups — your email address and your consent to receive emails.
• Basic, privacy-friendly analytics about how the site is used (e.g. pages viewed). Optional analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the consent banner.

• To reply to enquiries, schedule walkthroughs, and provide the information you asked for.
• To send your Revenue Leak Calculator summary when you request it.
• To send occasional newsletter emails, where you’ve given express consent (CASL).
• To understand and improve how the website performs.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We send commercial electronic messages only with your consent. Every newsletter email includes a working unsubscribe link, and we honour unsubscribe requests promptly. You can also withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@sentientautomations.ca.
